What Done-for-you covers

Done-for-you is $997 a month and includes everything in Monitor. Each month we ask your ten questions again on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini and send you a report on what changed. Then we write the month's work from that report and send it to you to approve.

What we draft each month

  • Text for your website, such as the opening of a service page written to answer the question clients ask, or a correction where an assistant described you wrongly.
  • Structured data for your homepage. This is the code that tells search engines what kind of practice you are and where you are, and your web team pastes it in.
  • A profile for each directory or ranking the assistants used that doesn't list you yet, with the page where you claim or submit it.
  • Short notes to the editors of the rankings and articles the assistants cite, for you to send.

How many drafts you get depends on what the report finds, so a month with few gaps has fewer of them.

How approval works

We email you a link to the month's drafts, and each one has an Approve and a Decline button. Nothing is published, submitted or sent anywhere until you approve it. When you approve a draft, we email it back to you ready to paste, so you can forward it to whoever makes the change.

What it does not include

  • We don't sign in to your website, your Google Business Profile or your directory accounts, and we never ask for your passwords. You or your web team make the approved changes.
  • We don't pay for listings or memberships. Some directories and associations charge a fee, and whether to pay it is your decision.
  • We don't write or buy reviews. Your profession's rules decide how you may ask clients for them.
  • We can't promise that any assistant will name you. Their answers change from one request to the next, and the sites they rely on decide for themselves who they list.

Starting and cancelling

Done-for-you starts from your audit, so the audit comes first. You can cancel at any time from the link in your monthly report, and the plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for. Our terms apply.
