Geonauts is operated by Entropic LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we").

What we collect

• What you send us: practice name, specialty, city, website and email, and any message you send us by email.
• Payments: handled by our payment processor. We do not receive card details.
• Usage: counts of page visits, form sends and link clicks, and reports of errors the site hits in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

To provide the services you request, take payment, keep required records, and contact you about your account. We do not sell or rent personal information.

To build a report, we share your practice's public details (name, specialty, city, website) with a data provider that runs the queries to AI assistants and search engines. Your email address is not shared for this.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting and storage, email, payments, and AI and search queries. They process information only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide the services and for up to three years after, or longer where the law requires. You may ask us to delete it sooner, subject to what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of our emails. Report emails include an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16.
