Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Entropic LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Geonauts", "we"). By using geonauts.ai or buying a service you agree to them. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can bind it.

What we provide

Geonauts measures how AI assistants and search engines answer questions about businesses like yours, and reports what they said and the sources they used. Depending on the service, we also recommend changes and write or draft content, structured data, listing details and outreach for you. The services are the free snapshot, the AI Visibility Audit, and the Monitor and Done-for-you monthly plans described on our pricing page. We use software, including AI tools, to produce reports and to write replies to messages you send us.

No guaranteed results

AI assistants and search engines are run by other companies, change without notice, and give different answers from one request to the next. We do not control them and do not guarantee that any assistant or search engine will name, rank or recommend your business. Reports describe the answers we recorded on the dates shown, which may be incomplete or wrong. Reports and recommendations are general information, not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

• Prices are in US dollars and are charged through our payment processor. Taxes are added where they apply.
• The audit is a one-time payment. If we have not delivered it within ten business days of payment, you may ask for a full refund.
• Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid month. We do not refund partial months.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business.
• Review anything we draft before you publish it, and make sure it is accurate and complies with the rules of your profession, including advertising rules for lawyers, healthcare providers and financial professionals.
• Only ask us to act on accounts and listings you are entitled to manage.

What we will not do

We do not write fake reviews, impersonate anyone, buy links or placements we do not disclose, or use methods that break a platform's rules. We may decline or end work that would require them.

Ownership

Reports and content we deliver to you are yours to use for your business once paid for. We keep the right to our software, methods and templates, and to use answers we record, without identifying you, in our published research.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website, reports and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the website or the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost clients or lost data.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Entropic LLC against claims arising from information you give us, content you publish, or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end the services, or refuse a request, at any time. If we end a paid monthly plan for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any prepaid period not yet served.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes and contact
